Oven Design and Upgrades
CTA can design and modify ovens for your specific needs. Whether combustion fired, infrared, direct or indirect. You may need to simply refurbish an existing unit, or you may have a significant process change that needs to be incorporated into your existing equipment. CTA will make sure that you are up and running quickly and effectively.
OEM Combustion System Design
For years, CTA has been working with intern
ational manufacturers of combustion equipment (Ovens, complete food processing lines, coating etc...) to help deliver high quality combustion components and controls that are exceptionally designed and will be accepted by the local regulatory body. Whether a gas train, burners, control systems or whatever, CTA will develop and implement the solution to the exacting specs of the manufacturer.
Control Panels and Systems
Whether you need a new control panel for an existing system, modifications to an existing panel or a brand new panel for a new system developed, CTA is able to design, build and integrate a simple or complex panel for your combustion systems.
TSSA Upgrades and Applications
Custom Thermal will work with you to prepare equipment and documentation for the TSSA approval process. We have worked on hundreds of TSSA applications, CTA has many years of experience preparing equipment for approvals as well as the necessary documentation for approvals. We will identify areas of concern in your equipment as well as come up with solutions, prepare electrical schematics, prepare TSSA documentation and have a technician on site for TSSA inspection.
