Custom Thermal Applications was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer and supplier of combustion systems for industrial applications.

Today, in-house engineering, the ability to carry out testing and experimentation, and long term relationships with leading component manufacturers, have made Custom Thermal Applications experts at sourcing and assembling the optimum combustion systems package, integrating superior components and control systems to satisfy client requirements. Custom Thermal Applications also provide upgrades and modifications to equipment, where necessary, to meet CSA and TSSA standards.

Typical clients include the manufacturers and industrial end users of heat treating ovens, paint drying ovens, ovens for the food processing industry, and thermal oxidizers.

Custom Thermal Applications are also exclusive representatives in Ontario for QuikWater, an Oklahoma based manufacturer of direct contact water heaters. The high thermal efficiency (99%) QuikWater units are unique among direct contact water heaters in that they produce potable water. Typical clients include the beverage bottling and canning industries; food processing; concrete manufacturing; car, truck and tank truck washing; textiles and laundry.

In addition, Custom Thermal Applications manufactures water temperature control skids for use in those water treatment facilities found in food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
