Custom Thermal Applications is pleased to announce a successful installation of a QuikWater MegaHeater MH5100!
The MegaHeater provides water heating up to 200 degrees F, whereas most direct contact water heaters are limited to a maximum temperature of 180 degrees F. We are able to provide this advancement due to QuikWater's patented combustion chamber, which we use to provide additional heat to the water after it passes through the direct contact section of th eunit.
The MH5100 delivers an impressive 68 GPM of 200 degree hot water that is used by the client to provide daily washdown of their meat processing facility. This is an important job, and we are very excited about providing some of the equipment that is needed to keep our food processing facilities clean and safe.
